The challenge.

As a new player in the market, Valda Energy needed a way to be seen as a genuine contender in the already competitive energy industry.

With a target audience spanning many sectors, Valda needed to build not just a powerful and resonant brand, but a consistent digital experience spanning every touchpoint on the user journey.

Whether it was the first moment someone encountered the brand, or how they managed their account as a loyal customer, our challenge was to power up the Valda brand and its digital presence to create sparks in the energy market.

Our solution.

We began by establishing a new brand built around a consistent message and a premium identity that would resonate with employees, customers, and the wider industry.

Fully charged with new logo designs, colour palettes, typography, tone of voice, images, iconography, brand guidelines and more, it was time to fuse our creative efforts with our digital team.
 
Having conducted a workshop session with key stakeholders to agree the sitemap and functionality, we built a new, user-friendly website using the latest code and a simple CMS system for easier ongoing management.

We also created a self-serve app that would give Valda customers a way to top-up and pay for their energy usage. The app was designed to help Valda Energy win market share by becoming the go-to provider of customer-centric, digital solutions in the B2B energy sector.
