The challenge.
Dell hardware sales through Softcat were being hampered by a cumbersome deal registration process that hindered the efforts and enthusiasm of their Account Managers.
They needed something extraordinary to help them achieve greater Dell device sales and surpass Softcat's targets amidst fierce competition from other vendors.
That's where our Salesfloor Mayhem campaign came in.

Our solution.
We targeted Softcat AMs and sales support with a salary incentive campaign that was delivered through three channels.
Going with the Glow – we captured the Dell sales team in 80s-themed costumes, props, and poses. This was the spandex-support of the campaign creative, generating interest and engagement among the account managers.
A launch email to set the tone and track engagement and was supported by a bespoke online portal to simplify deal registrations.
Throughout the campaign digital signage keep the incentive front and centre on the salesfloor, with live leaderboards promoting a healthy rivalry among the sales team.
