Reaching new heights with HPE.


The challenge.
As diamond sponsors of the ‘The AI Summit London’, HPE and Nvidia came to us to help them take their event presence into high gear.
Driven by the key strategic goal of instigating sales conversations, all efforts had to align to support lead capture during the event to build pipeline and opportunities for their sales team to nurture.
We knew that achieving those goals would mean reaching the peak of event performance. Thankfully, we’re no strangers to finding something out of the ordinary to engage and amaze audiences.


Our solution.
Like a well-oiled engine, our event delivery and creative teams worked smoothly to handle everything from stand design and build to merchandising and round table meetings, and of course, the all-important post-event networking party!
Attracting attendees to the stand and acting as the driving force for the lead capture was a Formula 1 simulator, complete with some rather racey Mercedes Benz F1 merch to increase engagement.
Small-scale roundtables for key accounts and a larger networking party with drinks and food helped to round out the event and put the foot firmly on the accelerator for HPE’s sales pipeline.
